Authentic Japanese hand-made Miso is made from Australian rice, soybeans, and sea salt and is naturally fermented for at least 10 months. Our miso is a small-batch, traditionally crafted and authentic to the Japanese form.

Made in Daylesford, Victoria, by Kaori Takahashi, our miso is rich in probiotics and enzymes.
