Frozen & Pantry Products — Delivered Fresh to Your Door
We deliver your favourite Go Go Market products straight to your home, while keeping quality, freshness, and convenience front of mind. Because Frozen and Pantry products require different handling, they are shipped separately and require separate checkouts.
We understand it’s not the most flexible setup, but it’s the best way we can guarantee quality.
Frozen Delivery
When: Every Wednesday
Where: Greater Melbourne (suburbs and regional fringes included)
Fee: $27.50 flat, or free for orders over $150
We work with specialist freezer delivery partners who know frozen logistics inside out. That means your dumplings, ice cream, and other frozen favourites arrive frozen solid and in perfect condition.
Order Cutoff: Sunday 12pm for delivery the following Wednesday. Orders after this time will be delivered the next week.

If you won’t be home, please arrange for someone to accept your order and place it in the freezer immediately.

We’re a small, family-run business. Our Wednesday deliveries ensure that every frozen product arrives perfectly frozen, fresh, and ready to enjoy. We can’t compromise on quality, so this is the best way to guarantee top-notch delivery service across Greater Melbourne.
Pantry Delivery
When: Within 2 business days after your order is placed
Where: Anywhere in Australia via AusPost
Fee: $15 flat, free if purchased with a Frozen order
Pantry items include sauces, noodles, snacks, and other everyday essentials. Orders are processed quickly, so your pantry staples arrive fast and ready to use, even if you didn’t order frozen items.
Delivery Areas
Frozen: Greater Melbourne only. If you’re unsure, enter your postcode at checkout.
Pantry: Delivered Australia-wide via AusPost.

Failed Deliveries
Our delivery partners are committed to getting your order to you. If multiple attempts fail due to an incorrect address or access issues, an additional redelivery fee may apply.
